4-H Program

The Fayette County 4-H Program is dedicated to providing boys and girls (Grades 5-12) opportunities to learn leadership, citizenship, and life skills.
Youth in the Fayette County 4-H program are given a chance to "learn by doing" through project work, classes, workshops, judging events, camps and other learning activities.
Members can be: Cloverleafs (5th grade), Junior (6-8th grades) and Seniors (9-12 grades).
4-H participants have the opportunity to share the skills and knowledge they've gained through county, district, state and national competitive events and, when elected, to serve on county, district and state governing boards.
Extension agents and 4-H program assistants work closely with adult volunteer leaders, school personnel, parents and other resource people in providing quality 4-H and youth programs and activities for Fayette County.
