GALILEO Databases
Utilizing GALILEO patrons can search over 70 databases for full-text articles in newspapers, trade journals, magazines, and scholarly journals
Patrons can search for book reviews, reader's advisory information, current news about corporations, health information, college catalogs, world-wide library catalog search, and other research topics in all subject areas

Genealogy Resources
Patrons have access to all extant federal census records for the state of Georgia from 1820-1930, along with indexes to the censuses in paper, CD, and microfilm formats
Patrons have access to the Georgia Death Record Indexes for 1919-1998.
Patrons can search Fayette County records on microfilm, including Deeds, Tax Digests, Marriages, Pension Records, and Estate Records from 1823-1911.
Periodic genealogy workshops are taught by a professional genealogist.
Computer Courses
Free, hands-on computer-based instruction is available for adults to learn basic computer skills: Windows 95 (for those who have no experience with computers), Windows 98, Microsoft Access 2003, Excel 2003, PowerPoint 2003, Word 2003 and Windows XP. Self-paced language lessons are also available on our award-winning Rosetta Stone software for beginning, intermediate and advanced Spanish, beginning, intermediate and advanced French, beginning Chinese, beginning and intermediate and advanced English as a Second Language (ESL). Also offered are beginning and intermediate Italian and beginning German.

Academic Enrichment Computer Courses
Students in grades kindergarten through 9th grade can master Reading, Math and Science, Writing and Language Arts, including spelling and grammar, in a non-competitive self-paced environment; immediate feedback and automatic skill level advancement is a part of this program based on national academic standards.
Distance Learning Lab
